One of my great joys is losing a library member. I'm not being snarky. I love to see members of the library, who are unemployed and cannot find work their field locally, find work elsewhere. I have seen many people get jobs after using the library facilities. I love seeing members get jobs locally, but I get a special pleasure from seeing people move up in the field of their choice, even if it means moving to another community.
